"Been a member here going on 3 years. Marcio is a great coach. He can break down any move and walk you thru it so it’s easily understandable. The gym have a great vibe in that it’s competitive but not overwhelming. Everyone is there to help everyone else get better. Both my sons go and they aren’t always the best listeners. All the coaches have great patience with them. All the coaches are great examples for them and good role models."
