"I’m so excited to see Metro open a SECOND location! The space is absolutely amazing—bright, clean, and spacious, creating the perfect environment to train. One thing I really appreciate is how Coach David adjusts the room temperature. He turns the heat all the way up, helping us sweat more, which is great for improving mobility during class. Coach Fox teaches excellent technique that’s both practical and effective. Whether you’re a beginner or more advanced, you’re guaranteed to learn something valuable that you can either apply right away or store for later. I’ve grown so much as a practitioner here, and the new location is an awesome addition to the already fantastic experience. Coach Jabril does a fantastic job with the kids’ program. He’s great at keeping the kids engaged while teaching them solid fundamentals. It’s inspiring to see the next generation of jiu-jitsu practitioners growing under his guidance. I highly recommend checking it out if you’re in the area—whether for the kids’ program or adult classes!"
