Laz has opened up his gym to me for the last few years now, after I found out an old friend of mine trained here. Laz is the most relaxed and technical instructors I've come across. His jiu jitsu is amazingly precise and you see his techniques at the highest level of the sport. The people here are what make it great. They are friendly, talented, and incredibly welcoming. The gym is clean and has everything you need to become a certified ninja! Anytime I'm in Miami, this is my place, and these are my people.
