"Dropped in to this beautiful Jiu Jitsu studio as I was in town for the weekend helping a friend move back to the Bay. Decided since I was in town to drop into the 10am class with my friend through the recommendation of my Professor back home in SoCal. Professor Liz and the rest of the members at this gym were very welcoming as I felt very at home here. Professor Liz is a master at her craft and helped sharpen up my Omoplata skills! The space is beautiful and everyone I met was so friendly that I will definitely make it a place to visit everytime I'm in town! Not to mention, the place is clean and beautiful. Thank you again for the hospitality, I will be back very soon!"
