The wrestling classes are top notch. They have one for the littles and one for the older kids. The kids Muay Thai class with Tony is awesome! He puts them through a tough workouts and teaches good habits so they can reach their full potential. He also teaches an adult Muay Thai class in the mornings that is I highly recommend!
