"I started attending classes here a little more than a year ago. Before then, I had been living a largely sedentary lifestyle. Sure I worked out, did some fitness studio classes, and assumed I was fit. But the type of shape I got into after dedicating to Brazilian Jiu Jitsu under New Creation is on a whole other level! I lost ~15 additional pounds. I've gotten more disciplined about what I eat and my supplements. I don't get fatigued toward the end of the day. And my mood is much more even. I owe it to the culture at New Creation, the camaraderie among the people here, and the genuine care the coaches have for everyone who shows up to put in the work. My only regret is that I didn't start on this journey sooner. There is a diverse set of people who call this place home and its people family. And that's what I feel is the biggest benefit I get out of this place. I'm a big introvert by nature and have never been an aggressive person.
