"I did martial arts in Texas for a few years and loved it. When I moved to northwest Kansas, I was sure I’d never get to do any Juijitsu again. Through a random conversation with a friend , I happened to come across this gym. It’s an awesome place! There are basically no ego problems at this gym, which is harder to find than one might think. It’s not a bunch of rough and tumble college guys trying to out muscle each other and prove who is top dog. There are a variety of people there: large strong people over 300 lbs, small people under 100 lbs, men, women, teenagers to people 50+ year olds, cross fitters and power lifters to couch potatoes, colored belt martial artists to total beginners, and they all welcome each other and work together to make each other better. The people are all friendly and the classes are small enough that everybody can see the demonstrations well and ask questions. Coach Anthony and coach Amy are super welcoming and friendly. They cater to all ages and all skill levels. They make sure the classes are safe, fun, and respectful. Juijitsu days are always the highlight of my week. I have only been a regular attender at a few different gyms in my life, but this one is by far my favorite. I just love the atmosphere. The only thing that is missing from this gym is you."
