"I put out some feelers on the best studio around and basically everyone pointed me towards Omega, and for good reason. The instructors are great, the place is clean, and the students are really focused. I'm VERY late to the fighting game; 37 but when I started, I fit right in. I roll with guys close to my age, young bucks, and we all roll at the appropriate level for our opponent. I'd recommend Omega to basically anyone who wants to learn BJJ, is looking for a fun way to get some cardio, or just wants to get out of the house during the week. The owner gives a week to try it out.... do it. You wont regret it."
