"My son has been training here for over 10 years! My son started in 1st grade and is currently a senior in High School. We originally enrolled him because he is a shy kid, and we wanted him to learn self-defense, discipline, stay active, and be part of a positive community. This gym has delivered all of that and so much more. From day one, they've treated us like family. The facility is just the right size and very clean on and off the mats. The instructors are not only skilled in what they are teaching but are amazing with the kids no matter what their personality may be. They know how to celebrate their achievements and build their confidence on and off the mats. The sense of encouragement and camaraderie here is unmatched. They offer a wide range of classes that fit all kinds of schedules and interests across all different types of martial arts. No matter your age or level, there is a class for you. Once a year they even host Renzo Gracie himself! We are incredibly grateful for the role this gym has played in shaping our son's confidence, character, and physical fitness over the years. We are especially grateful to Professor Rich for everything he has done for our son and supporting our family in raising such an amazing young man."

"My daughter goes to Renzo Gracie and she loves it. She’s been coming here for a year now and her confidence has really changed for the better. After the first 4-5 months things really clicked for her and she has become really good at BJJ. She picks things up very quickly. It’s such a great skill to know and I highly recommend it. The coaches are all excellent. Probably the best! They are fantastic with the kids and the kids really respect and listen to them well. Also, I love how they have the kids do a 30 minute warm up for the first half of class. It’s intense and so great for them. It’s a great workout. Also, everyone that works here is so nice and are very welcoming. I think this place deserves more than 5 stars!"
