The coaches have had the biggest impact on my daughters journey teaching her respect and discipline and I love no matter kids age size or skill set they are all learning at such a fast pace and how at the end of the day these kids are family who compete at a high level and support each other and cheer their team on.. I could not ask for a better gym with some of the best coaches"

"John Monk doesn't just pay for a name to place on his establishment he flies and trains personally with that name multiple times through out the year. Simply put, you're getting excellent training one person removed by none other then Rilion Gracie himself. We did a drop in from another club and left pleasantly surprised. His expertise was a pleasure to watch. My son took away way more then I expected and we'll definitely be back for some more training. Well worth the 45 minute drive for us. If you are near the Gladstone area Come check them out. If you don't you are missing out. Excellent club with excellent students that will make you feel comfortable and at home even if you are a part of another gym. Can't recommend them enough."
