"Amazing coaches and learning atmosphere. We started our 7yr old here a year ago and she immediately fell in love. The kids receive clear instructions in jiujitsu and are able to practice them in live drills under coaches’ supervision. We loved it so much the entire family signed up. So i can speak for both kids and adults class, they really care about their students learning and understanding of jiujitsu not only in a competitive environment but also real life events that we all hope never happen. Having my children equipped with life saving self defense with low direct impact to their head is key. The women here make class fun and comfortable for each other while striving to grow and improve. I especially love that each individual gets ranked on skill level and not amount of time spent in the gym, i wouldn't want my kids competing at a level they are not equipped to compete in."
