"My kids started here in January. My husband started shorty after. I recently started after my husband talked me into it. We were all able to try the free trial. Finding this place has been a blessing. My kids 10, 5 love it and have already grown so much. My daughter is naturally shy and I've seen her grown out of her shell and learn so much like a "break fall" that she can apply outside of class. It's been amazing as a family in providing structure and fitness for us all. I'm 33 and know nothing about jiu jitsu but I hope with time I will get better. Overall, all the coaches and Professor Nathan are kind, friendly to work with and very good, patient with my kids. It is also a very friendly and welcoming environment."
