The class included strong takedown concepts using wrestling experience, the series was based on opponent reactions rather than old school Jiu Jitsu style this is just one example of the high level of technical acumen of the professor. During live rolls ALL of their students were proficient in leg attacks with an emphasis on control. Friendly to visitors gym I recommend this to anyone in the area.
