"I stopped in from western Pennsylvania to roll here while on the east coast for business travel. Frank welcomed me in after a brief conversation. I really liked the atmosphere. Lots of windows, very clean, separate changing area, etc. Two matted areas to train with seating for parents. The advanced course was great, flow roll to warm up and a good progression on K guard with some take down work mixed in. Finished class with 3 five minute rolls. Plenty of parking...come give this great gym a try! Shawn, Steve and another Shawn were very personable and shared their knowledge."
