"Combination of Maritial arts. Clean inviroment. Instructors break down very well for kids to understand why they do certain moves and all "steps". My son loves it and motivated. My son started 3 week ago. The classes schedule are up to 5 times a week if you have time and child's determination. Good flexibility on payments and pauses if need to take a month/s off for other sports or activities. Recommend for children's self confidence, strength, self-defence and etc. building up.
