The coaches are outstanding and really great people who make it not only rigorous but also fun. They are extremely encouraging, knowledgable, and dedicated and do a great job of stressing safety - Ive seen very few injuries. The culture they’ve created is very inclusive so that people of all walks of life feel welcome. The students are all fantastic people and very friendly (there is very low turn over). It definitely has a more laid back feel than other schools I’ve attended but still has the seriousness to support even the most competitive athletes.
