“I recently visited 10th Planet Jiu Jitsu Round Rock and had a rather disappointing experience. From the moment I walked in, it was clear that the facility was not up to my expectations. Firstly, the front desk person seemed completely clueless and was not very helpful. I left my contact number to follow up on some inquiries, but I was never contacted. This lack of communication and follow-through is unacceptable for any business, let alone a martial arts facility that should prioritize customer service. To make matters worse, the facility smelled like a dirty locker room. The overall cleanliness was subpar, which is a significant concern, especially in a place where hygiene is crucial for the safety and comfort of its members. I will be looking for a cleaner, more professional, and better-managed place to train.”

“Had an awesome visit to 10th Planet Jiu Jitsu Roundrock while vacationing at Kalahari Resort! Coach Scott was amazing—he even extended his leg lock class to accommodate my arrival. I reached out on Instagram and checked the website for the 10A Leg Lock Class or 11A Open Mat, and Scott was super helpful in letting my know the website wasn't up to date. The academy was just 5 miles from our stay, easy to find, really clean & plenty of parking. He’s really knowledgeable with Souders training methods and used games to make the lessons stick, which I’m still using back home. I was a bit lost with some acronyms, but Scott was quick to help with any questions. I highly recommend training here if you’re in the area, especially if your wife won’t let you stray too far from the family!”
