“Best beginner friendly gym I have been to. I am now three months into my fitness journey and the results I have seen are amazing. When I started I could not bend at the waist to tie my shoes, but now I can. The pounds are coming off fast. The workouts are group type workouts and at first there was some anxiety, but every single member at CrossFit Denton has been very encouraging and positive. John and Kalah are the owners and run most of the workout sessions. They keep things fun and really know how to gauge each workout based on your current fitness level. John introduced me to a new way of eating recently that focuses on lifestyle change which has also been a big help. Very highly recommended I could write a novel.
