“Was just in town for a two day business trip. Had not planned to train at all but my schedule got light, so I called to see if I could drop in. They were super friendly on the phone and told me to just come on down. I was treated to a 2 hour seminar and then open mat. No charge. Also got to see two black belts get their first stripe! They could not have been nicer to me. Great gym. Highly recommended.”

“I moved to IN from FL and in my time in the Granger area, I tried three of the local gyms in the area. Not only was FLOW the BEST gym in the area, but it stands as one of the best training environments I’ve ever experienced. Adam is a top notch coach who sincerely cares about each student. His approach to teaching is one that makes everyone comfortable; whether you are brand new or high ranking - this gym is exceptional. They have an amazing kids class too! I can’t recommend FLOW enough!”

“I travel a lot for work and most of the time it’s hard to find a gym that allows you to come in and train with them when you don’t have a membership. These guys were wide open doors for me. And I will always be back here in my travels. I look forward to all the future rolls and learning I get in the future from the guys at flow.”
