“We came to this gym to try out for our daughter, now the whole family goes! The owners Brock and Julie are two of the nicest and most genuine people you will ever meet. The gym offers training and focus on mastering the fundamentals as well as teaching how to be successful in more advanced classes. We could not be happier in finding this and we love the gym and will be sending our newborn there when old enough.”

“My daughter has been taking classes here for about six months, and she convinced me to join about 5 weeks ago. The instructors work extremely well with kids and young adults, which as a teacher myself, I can appreciate. I, myself, am learning, enjoying the process, and finding new reasons to get my old dad bod in shape. “This is the best Ju Jitsu gym! My 9yr old daughter and 16 yr old son both train here and we couldn't be more pleased. The instruction is top notch- fun and informative. You can tell that the instructors really care about each of the students and helping them to progress. Brock and Julie help the whole gym to feel like one big family.”
