“This is an excellent combatives gym. They have everything here I stopped in for a lunchtime, jujitsu class, and to get a few rounds in. Atmosphere is positive; the facilities have everything you need, and is very clean; &, the coaches were excellent. I highly recommend that if you find yourself in the area, make sure to drop in! Top notch gym!”

“Great gym! Very clean and orderly. Reasonably priced membership for access to many different classes from Boxing and BJJ to Wrestling and Kickboxing. I was getting bullied and picked on before but with the skills and self confidence I learned at the KWPAL I don’t have to deal with that nonsense anymore because I learned how to defend myself while having fun all thanks to the coaches at this gym.”
