“Joining Lycan’s Den has been a very fulfilling decision. The coaches are very instructional and take time to make sure you are getting the hang of things. On top of learning Muay Thai, it’s also a great workout and the atmosphere is so positive—everyone seems to want everyone else to get better and feel welcomed. You get a lot of bang for your buck here and I can easily say that joining Lycan’s has been a highlight of mine while living in the UC area.”

“For all of you out there looking for a beyond phenomenal jiu jitsu coach, this is the place to be! Coach James brings an energy to the room that is just electrifying! He loves the kids and the adults and you can see his passion in the way he coaches. This is not a 30 minute class nor is it a class that you get a belt or a stripe each month. Whether you are a kid or an adult, you have the ability to learn techniques for the first 40 minutes of class and then get to spar with different folks in the room for the last 20…… and you can do this 6 days a week if you want! My 13 year old son started last October and by march was winning gold medals in tournaments. The coaching staff, the members, everyone here is extremely helpful and contagiously kind. I tell James all the time how grateful I am his world has collided with ours. And while everyone deserves a vacation, his energy is very much missed when he is gone. We love you coach James!”

“If you’re looking for a place to train Jiu Jitsu and/or other mixed martial arts this is absolutely your place. The coaches are amazing, the atmosphere is amazing and you feel like you’re part of a family. My 9 year old daughter has been training at Lycans Den for almost 2 years and the growth my wife and I have seen from her is amazing. Not only physically, but mentally as well. Hard work, work ethic, respect, discipline, family and giving everything you have each and every day is what Lycans Den is all about. Highly recommend!!”

“Lycans Den MMA is amazing. I tried out some other places and the staff at Lycans Den MMA are way better than all the others. The classes are great and the other members are great people and a blast to train with. You won't be disappointed in becoming a member at Lycans Den MMA.”

“Amazing school with great coaches and variety of martial arts classes, including Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Muay Thai, Kickboxing, MMA! There are multiple classes every day (except Sunday) to accommodate different schedules for kids and adults, also there are trial classes to try out the school! Last but not least - strong teamwork with focus on individual and group performance and success in any established goals! Highly recommend this school! 👍✨”
