“I started attending classes here a little more than a year ago. Before then, I had been living a largely sedentary lifestyle. Sure I worked out, did some fitness studio classes, and assumed I was fit. But the type of shape I got into after dedicating to Brazilian Jiu Jitsu under New Creation is on a whole other level! I lost ~15 additional pounds. I've gotten more disciplined about what I eat and my supplements. I don't get fatigued toward the end of the day. And my mood is much more even.
