“Was thinking about starting jitsu for the a whole then I came across Team passos and was hooked! It’s been such a welcoming experience since my first day . The coaches and staff are awesome and the people in the class are very friendly. Can’t recommend Team Passos enough!!”

“I have visited pretty much every school (besides the Gracie Barra schools) in this general area, and I typically don't write reviews. I recently moved back to NOVA, but I went to this school to train when I was a white belt. I told the younger instructor that I had a lingering rib injury at the time, but he and the owner insisted to roll with me. The younger one seemed to have an attitude when I was rolling and had to stop because of my rib. After that, the owner got me in an arm bar and ripped it quick causing small cracking sound in my elbow. I had to say tap more than once for him to release. I also found it strange that during rolling time you were discouraged from speaking to your training partners. Overall it wasn't a good experience for me especially when compare to all the other schools in the area.”

The coaches here are the best and they are passionate of the sport, supportive, and patient with every child.
